Tough on crime. Standing with victims.
Public safety is the heart of this office. Kyle will hold offenders accountable and keep victims at the center of every case. That means pursuing long-term sentences for high-risk offenders who can't be rehabilitated, requesting higher bonds in violent cases, and improving the recovery of restitution owed to the victims of crime. He'll assign specialized prosecutors to the cases that demand it, like arson and fraud.
The most courtroom experience in the race.
Campbell County deserves a County Attorney who has already done the job. Kyle has spent a decade in the County Attorney's Office and has tried more cases — jury trials, bench trials, and motions — than anyone else running. A trial record is earned, not promised.
A stronger, more efficient office.
A better office means better results for Campbell County. Kyle will work to raise the office's jury-trial win rate by providing prosecutors with modern tools, clear written procedures that get new hires up to speed faster, and a recruiting pipeline through the University of Wyoming College of Law. He'll finish the move to a paperless office, so the team spends less time on paperwork and more time delivering justice. That includes smart, carefully controlled technology, including tools that help prosecutors draft documents and review evidence faster—always under a prosecutor's judgment, never in place of it.
