Don't take it on faith—look it up. Kyle's record is a matter of public court documents.
A decade in the courtroom
For ten years, Kyle has prosecuted Campbell County's hardest cases in District and Circuit Court, building the kind of trial, bench-trial, and motion experience that only comes from doing the work, case after case.
Protecting those who can't protect themselves
Kyle has stood up for the people least able to defend themselves — prosecuting the sexual assault of minors and the exploitation of vulnerable adults, and putting those who prey on the vulnerable behind bars.
Standing up to violent crime
From aggravated assault and battery to aggravated robbery, Kyle has prosecuted the violent cases that threaten our families and our sense of safety.
Keeping drugs off our streets
Kyle has prosecuted drug distribution, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. This is part of the fight against methamphetamine that tears at Wyoming families.
Battle tested and more
Kyle’s convictions have been upheld by the Wyoming Supreme Court. Kyle’s record reaches past the criminal docket. He has advised every county-level elected office on civil matters: contracts, HR concerns, and unemployment claims. He also litigates juvenile actions and involuntary commitments. He serves as Wyoming State Bar Commissioner for the 6th District.
A leader in the profession
Kyle is a recognized voice in his profession — presenting statewide to fellow county and prosecuting attorneys, elected county officials, and training law enforcement across Wyoming.
